SHIPPING
Our normal processing time is 10 working days from date of proof approval. HOLIDAYS and GRADUATION can occasionally take a few extra days. Once it leaves our facility, it is beyond our control and My Cute Cup assumes no resposibilty for delivery dates.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Changes and cancellations will not be accepted after proof approval. Please check your proof carefully, and double check your billing and shipping addresses prior to finalizing your order. There can be no modifications, including quantity after your order is placed. Any additional quantity would constitute a second order.
DISHWASHER SAFE
Our frost flex and stadium cups are top rack dishwasher safe.
SCRATCHES ON CUPS
Scratches on cups are typical and are a normal part of the production and/or printing process. We do not reprint or refund for scratches on cups.
SMELL ON CUPS
The inks we use must evaporate to dry on our cups. There may be a residual odor from the vapors. If the odor is detectable it is harmless and not a defect. We will not reprint or refund due to odor on cups.
SHIPMENT SHOWS DELIVERED
My shipment shows it was delivered but I cannot find it. Please check with neighbors, in the bushes on the porch. FedEx most of the time can verify a package was delivered. A package cannot be claimed as lost for 24 hours. If the package is not found within 24 hours a claim can be filed with FedEx. FedEx will try to locate the package and if not found a claim will be paid by FedEx. If the package is found FedEx will re-deliver and the claim will not be paid. If not found we will reprint the order and ship immediately.
CUP SIZE
Cup capacity is measured to the brim of the cup not including ice. The sizes are set by the manufacturer.
RETURNS
No return or credit on custom order which are shipped and printed correctly.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER
If you order is damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of order and email pictures of the damages or error. If it is damaged we will contact the shipping company to receive a credit and either issue you a credit or reprint the damaged portion if time allows to meet your schedule. If it is an error that is our mistake, we will issue you a credit on your card for the portion of the order that was incorrect. If time does allow we will reprint if the error is our fault.
PRINTING NAPKINS/POCKET IGLOOS
When we are printing napkins and pocket igloos the color may be more pale due to our heating process which puffs the ink. The colors may vary. Also, keep in mind that with the puff ink words may run together and create blobs. Make sure the artwork is not crowded or close together as the ink will puff and expand.
INK COLORS
Please provide us with an ink color from our color chart. Please keep in mind all computer monitors differ so the color may vary from what you see on your monitor. We will near match PMS colors for a $5.00 fee. We only use Pantone colors end in C (coated). Please provide a PMS number for this service. The ink used on styrofoam, clear plastic cups differs from the ink used on stadium, frost flex, pocket igloos and napkins. Our pocket igloos and napkins are puff ink. Shade variations of both products and/or ink colors my vary somewhat due to die lots and pigment mixing.
ARTWORK
All wording and art will be sized appropriatly for the size of the specific product. There are many pieces of art for different occasions available for you to use. If you have a piece of art or a logo you would like us to use, you may upload it in a PDF, CDR, JPG, SVG or VECTOR file for approval. It must be black and white line art, no other colors on it. It will be printed on your cup or napkin in the ink color you have chosen. REMEMBER, ART MUST BE IN BLACK AND WHITE! All artwork provided must be in full compliance with federal trademark laws and/or licensing commissions. Customer assumes all responsibility and holds My Cute Cups harmless, for any and all claims and cost resulting from any disputed trademark and/or licensing infractions.
PROOFS
A proof will be sent after reciept of your order please approve or make changes as soon as possible. You are allowed 2 free proof changes, after that you will incur a $7.00 charge per change.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are any order that must ship in 10 business days or under. A 15% rush fee will be added to your order. The 10 days does not include proof approval or shipping time. Rush orders must be received and approved before noon the day before to ship the next day.
