Normal production time is 10 business days from proof approval.
This does not include shipping time in transit. Please allow time for you location.
September – December “the holiday months” and graduation time can take a

little longer.

Please allow a few extra days during these times.

There is a $10.00 cancellation fee once your order has been placed.
Once your proof has been approved there is a $30.00 change or cancellation fee.

  1. Please provide us with a working email, so that we can
  2. send an “initial receipt of order proof”. This signifies that we have recieved your order and this is our understanding of your design and order.
  3. You then have 2 additional proofs if needed to correct any misunderstanding on our part
    or to make design changes as needed for a total of 3 complimentary proofs.
  4. After that there will be $5.00 fee for each additional proof.
  5. If you do not receive your proof in a timely manner please contact us to make sure your order was received
  1. If you are using your own custom artwork, it must sent as black and white line art.
  2. No gray scale, or colored or shaded art.
  3. Poor quality art will be printed as provided by customer, or you may choose to have
  4. your art redone in-house for a $20.00 fee.
  5. The preferred file format is an EPS created in a vector draw program as line art.
  6. Other acceptable file formats are PDF, PNG, or a high resolution JPEG

Absolutely no licensed logos, sayings or trademarks will be printed without proper permission and documentation.

Choose one of our many ink colors on the design page. The colors on the screen
may vary from computer screen to computer screen and are meant only as a representation.
If you require a custom color, please provide the PMS number in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.

PMS colors may vary in color plus or minus one shade. We will not be
responsible for PMS colors being an exact match as product colors as backgrounds
and dried ink vary, however, we will try and match your PMS color as closely as possible.
Rer-orders may have slight shade variations in color as colors are hand mixed daily.

Plastic cups may have a smell due to the manufacturing process of the cup itself, and screen
printing inks may also leave residual odors. These odors are harmless if detectable and not

considered a defect. We do not refund or reprint for residual odors.

Scratches on cups are typical and are a normal part of the production and printing process.

We do not refund or reprint for scratches on cups.

We strive to print the exact number of cups or product you have ordered. However an
accidental over or under run may occur. 5% over or under will be considered a complete order.

All sales are final due to this is custom work and you are provided proofs. No returns or refunds unless a mistake is made on our part.
